The law does not impose a venue to hold a General Meeting(1) of a SARL(2). If the articles of the association do not provide anything specific in this regard, you can therefore, in your capacity as manager in charge of convening the partners, freely set the venue of the meeting. Of course, your choice of the venue should not be an expression of an abuse of power, i.e., a decision made with the aim of harming one or more partners, hindering their participation in the General Meeting or, more radically, preventing them from attending. Otherwise, the General Meeting could be cancelled.
