Boss’s minute: How do you implement the 4-day week in your company?

In an ever-changing professional world, companies are constantly seeking to improve their employees’ quality of working life while maintaining operational efficiency.
With this in mind, the four-day week is emerging as a promising solution, offering a balance between productivity and worker well-being.

This organization of working hours has already been tested and adopted by a number of European countries, including Iceland, Scotland, Belgium and Spain.
As for the UK, after two years of trials, the four-day week has won over even the administration.
In France, more than three-quarters of working people (77%) say they are prepared to concentrate their weekly working time over 4 days*.
What’s more, since September1, the 9,600-strong Lyon metropolitan authority has been experimenting with a 4-day week.
300 volunteers and almost all departments are involved.
Initial feedback has been very positive.
