Privacy policy

In order to protect the personal data in its possession, the EXPONENS Group has defined and applies a personal data confidentiality policy.
The policy set out below applies to the processing of personal data by the EXPONENS Group (hereinafter referred to as the data controller).
It is associated with a data security policy, available to our customers on request.

The data controller declares that it processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the RGPD) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms (as amended).
The data controller undertakes to update the commitments in this document in accordance with future legal provisions.

Purpose of processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out :

  • Or as part of a contractual relationship between our company and you, your organization or the organization employing you, in which case the purpose of the processing is to enable us to:
    • meet our contractual obligations
    • to carry out to the best of our ability the missions entrusted to us by you, your organization or the organization employing you
  • Or as part of our commercial prospecting, in which case the purpose of the processing is to enable us :
    • to provide you with offers identified as being able to meet your needs
    • respond to your request as fully and appropriately as possible, regardless of the form it takes (telephone call, contact form, e-mail, fax, etc.).
  • Or as part of our recruitment process, in which case the purpose of the processing is to enable us to respond to your application, whether unsolicited or in response to a job offer or internship from EXPONENS.

Data will be kept in accordance with the commitments specified in the engagement letters signed with each customer and not with legal obligations.
Non-customer information is kept indefinitely, unless requested by the individual concerned(privacy@exponens.com).

Data recipients

Your personal data is intended for any employee of our company whose duties may require access to this data for the purposes set out above.
The procedures in force within our company aim to guarantee individualized access to your personal data, in order to limit an employee’s access to only those data necessary for the performance of his or her duties and the accomplishment of our missions.

All our employees are contractually bound to discretion and professional secrecy.
These obligations of discretion and professional secrecy continue even after an employee’s employment contract has ended.

Data localization

Our processing and storage platforms are hosted in datacenters located in France.
Your personal data will not be transmitted outside the European Union.

Data security

Data security features (technical architecture, archiving and protection procedures, secure access) are described in a specific document available to our customers on request.

Automated individual decision-making

EXPONENS does not use your personal data to make automated individual decisions.

Cookies
