Exponens: accounting and fiscal solutions for service companies

The services sector is linked to people, to the intangible. Its main resource: people. It involves providing a technical or intellectual service.

Accounting for nearly 50%, service companies make up the national entrepreneurial economic fabric along with those in the industrial, commercial or agricultural sector.

Whether in the field of information and communication, trade or transport, insurance or catering and accommodation, they are all oriented towards the provision of technical or intellectual services for companies or individuals.

Their common characteristic: the major issue of human resources management, which makes up half of their operating expenses. But beyond this issue, the manager will have to choose a tax status, the type of company that will be most in line with their professional plan, be able to rely on a partner able to support them in accounting, fiscal and legal matters in a constantly changing legal environment...With specialist expertise in the services sector and teams made up of experienced employees familiar with the many specific aspects of this type of structure, Exponens is the partner for these companies.
