Associations & Foundations

A good deed requires good management

Associations and foundations are facing ever-increasing requirements: greater transparency, stronger governance, and compliance with increasingly complex accounting standards.
Which tax status to choose? Where to draw the line between profit and non-profit? How to declare income from the association's assets? Which status to choose for people working for the association?

Faced with complex accounting, legal and fiscal issues, you need to be able to rely on a solid partner, with a perfect knowledge of the specific characteristics of associations. With specialised expertise in the associations and foundations sector, and a department consisting of experienced employees fully dedicated to this type of structure, Exponens is the partner for associations.
